大赛主题

为认真贯彻落实中央一号文件精神,按照《重庆市人民政府关于大力度推进食品及农产品加工产业高质量发展的意见》(渝府发〔2023〕15号)有关要求,推动农产品加工业高质量发展,决定举办2025食品及农产品加工业设计大赛。

To thoroughly implement the spirit of the No. 1 Central Document and advance the high-quality development of agricultural product processing in accordance with the Chongqing Municipal Government’s Opinions on Vigorously Promoting High-Quality Development of Food and Agricultural Product Processing Industries (Yu Gov. Doc. [2023] No. 15), the 2025 Food and Agricultural Product Processing Design Award is hereby launched.

Submission Categories

作品征集类别

本次大赛分为常规组与区县组。
常规组: 包括食品及农产品加工业产品设计类、概念设计类,概念设计类下设“揭榜挂帅”类。
区县组:为重庆市相关区县结合属地食品及农产品加工业发展需求,提出的指定设计需求主题。
鼓励设计赋予包装具备食品安全等功能性及使用便捷性。

The competition comprises two categories: ​General Category​ and ​County Category.
​General Category: Product Design (for commercialized or practically applied products post-January 1, 2023). Conceptual Design (including the "Challenge Prizes" sub-category for non-commercialized designs).
​County Category: Design themes specified by Chongqing counties/districts based on local industrial needs.
Encourage designs that incorporate functional features such as food safety compliance and user-friendly convenience into packaging.

“揭榜挂帅”类:鼓励有关设计机构(企业)、设计工作室、设计师等根据《2025食品及农产品加工业设计大赛“揭榜挂帅”设计需求项目清单》 ,结合有关企业设计需求、设计目标、预期效果等进行揭榜攻关 。

​"Challenge Prizes" Sub-category: Design institutions, studios, and individual designers are encouraged to address specific industrial challenges based on the 2025 Food and Agricultural Product Processing Design Competition Challenge Prizes Demand Catalog. Entries tackling enterprise design needs, objectives, and expected outcomes will be evaluated within the General Category awards framework.

请有关设计机构(企业)、设计工作室、设计师等根据《2025食品及农产品加工业设计大赛“区县组”设计需求项目清单》结合相关“区县组”设计需求主题积极参赛报名。

Relevant design institutions (enterprises), design studios, designers, etc. are kindly requested to continually follow the "County-Level Group" Design Demand Project List for the 2025 Food and Agricultural Products Processing Industry Design Competition, and actively participate by registering around the relevant design themes.

本次大赛主要采取线上报名的方式征集作品,报名要求如下:

  1. 参赛者须登录大赛官网在线报名并提交参赛作品。
  2. 产品设计类作品(2023年1月1日后已量产或已实际运用的产品)入围参赛者须寄送一件实物样品至主办单位指定邮寄地址,用于大赛评审;国(境)外参赛者须在完成报名后寄送实物样品。

All participants must register via the official competition website. Physical Samples​:

  1. Contestants must log in to the official competition website to register online and submit their entries.
  2. After being shortlisted in the preliminary evaluation of the competition, participants must send one physical product to the address designated by the organizer for judging. This applies to product design entries (products that have been mass-produced or put into practical use after January 1, 2023). Among them, overseas participants must send one physical product immediately after completing their registration.

作品提交要求

参赛作品要求 Work Eligibility

所有参赛作品(已量产或已实际运用的产品)原则上须是2023年1月1日后上市产品、研究成果或原创设计,具有自主知识产权或经授权许可、未侵犯他人知识产权。同一件作品只能申报一个参赛类别(不包含“揭榜挂帅”类),每一个申报主体可以申报多件作品。国(境)外作品须使用中文或英文进行介绍说明。历届中国(重庆)农产品加工业创新设计大赛获奖作品不得参赛。所有参赛作品须按照大赛通知要求提交相关作品资料。

All entries (commercialized or practically applied products) must: Be ​launched after January 1, 2023, including products, research outcomes, or original designs; Possess ​independent IP rights​ or authorized licensing, with no infringement of third-party intellectual property; ​Enter only one competition category​ (excluding "Challenge Prizes"); Allow ​multiple submissions per entity; Provide descriptions ​in Chinese or English​ for international entries; Exclude ​past award-winning works​ from previous China (Chongqing) Agricultural Product Processing Design Competitions; Submit all materials per ​official competition guidelines.

作品图像

提交3-5张多角度的产品外观高清渲染图(设计概念组)或照片(产品设计组),图片电子文件统一为JPG格式、300DPI、A3纸尺寸大小,单张图片大小不超过5M;可提供视频、动画,不超过1分钟。

作品描述

作品描述的字数要求为300-500字符,详细说明作品的创意、功能及设计理念等。

作品原创

参赛作品须为参赛者本人原创,严禁抄袭、剽窃等侵权行为。参赛者应确保作品内容符合现行相关法律法规规定,如因参赛作品存在剽窃他人成果、窃取商业机密、侵犯其他技术专利等违法行为引发法律纠纷,一切责任由参赛者自行承担,与组委会无关。组委会有权据此取消违规者的参赛及获奖资格。

Visuals

Submit 3-5 high-definition renderings (Concept Group) or photos (Product Design Group) from multiple angles. Format: JPG, 300DPI, A3 size, ≤5MB per image. Video/Animation optional (≤1 minute).

Description

300-500 characters detailing the creativity, functionality, and design concept.

Original Work

The entry must be the original creation of the participant. Plagiarism, infringement, and other violations are strictly prohibited. Participants shall ensure that the content of their works complies with all relevant current laws and regulations. If any legal disputes arise due to unlawful activities in the entry, such as plagiarizing others' work, misappropriating trade secrets, or infringing upon technical patents, all responsibilities shall be solely borne by the participant, and the organizing committee shall not be held liable. The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any violator from participating and receiving awards based on these grounds.

知识产权 Intellectual Property Rights

1. 参赛者须是参赛作品的设计方或所属方(相关知识产权的权利方),参赛作品与他人没有任何知识产权纠纷(迄今未发生或已妥善处理知识产权纠纷), 对存在知识产权纠纷的作品,主办单位有权撤销该作品的参赛资格。

2. 如获奖作品存在知识产权瑕疵或争议的,主办单位有权撤销获奖资格,召回奖状等荣誉,追回奖金。如因参赛作品存在知识产权瑕疵或争议造成主办方、承办方、协办方等单位经济、名誉方面损失,主办方、承办方、协办方等有权要求相应参赛者赔偿,赔偿范围包括但不限于经济损失、名誉损失、诉讼费、律师费、版权费、鉴定费等费用。

3. 所有参赛作品(除区县组、“揭榜挂帅”类)的知识产权归作者所有。大赛主办单位对大赛的参赛作品享有推介、展示、出版(包括复制、发行)、产业化应用推广、宣传等权利。对获奖作品,大赛主办单位享有进行收藏(高客单价产品另行商议)、组织成果转化和产品交易对接等权利。未经作者授权,任何单位、个人和第三方不得将本次大赛的作品进行再设计、生产、销售、宣传、出版展览及其他形式的推广、宣传等。

4. “揭榜挂帅”类获奖作品,主办方将发放奖金和获奖证书,获奖选手确认接受奖金后,与主办方签署知识产权转让协议,约定作品知识产权归大赛主办单位所有,对应需求企业享有使用权。

5. 区县组获奖作品,区县将发放奖金和获奖证书,获奖选手确认接受奖金后,与区县签署知识产权转让协议,约定作品知识产权归区县所有。

1. Entrants must be the ​designers or rights holders​ of submitted works, possessing relevant intellectual property rights. Entries must have ​no unresolved IP disputes​ (either no prior disputes or all disputes properly settled).

2. The organizer reserves the right to ​disqualify entries​ with active IP disputes. For awarded works later found with IP flaws or disputes: Revocation of awards, honors, and recall of certificates; Recovery of prize money; ​Compensation claims​ for economic/reputational losses incurred by organizer, co-organizers, or sponsors (including but not limited to: economic damages, reputational harm, litigation fees, attorney costs, copyright fees, and appraisal expenses).

3. General Entries​ (excluding County Category and Challenge Prizes): IP ownership remains with the author. The organizer retains rights for ​promotion, exhibition, publication​ (reproduction/distribution), ​commercialization, and ​publicity. For award-winning works, the organizer may: Archive physical works (high-value products subject to separate negotiation); Facilitate commercialization and trade partnerships. ​Third-party Restrictions: No entity or individual may redesign, produce, sell, promote, or exhibit entries without the author's authorization.

4. For winning entries in the "Challenge Prizes" category, the organizing committee will distribute bonuses and award certificates. Upon confirmation of acceptance of the award money, the winners will sign an Intellectual Property Transfer Agreement with the organizers, stipulating that the intellectual property rights of the work belong to the competition's hosting entity, while the corresponding enterprise in need enjoys the right to use.

5. For winning entries at the district/county level, the district/county government will distribute bonuses and award certificates. Upon confirmation of acceptance of the award money, the winners will sign an Intellectual Property Transfer Agreement with the district/county government, stipulating that the intellectual property rights of the work belong to the district/county government.
