1. 参赛者须是参赛作品的设计方或所属方(相关知识产权的权利方),参赛作品与他人没有任何知识产权纠纷(迄今未发生或已妥善处理知识产权纠纷), 对存在知识产权纠纷的作品,主办单位有权撤销该作品的参赛资格。
2. 如获奖作品存在知识产权瑕疵或争议的,主办单位有权撤销获奖资格,召回奖状等荣誉,追回奖金。如因参赛作品存在知识产权瑕疵或争议造成主办方、承办方、协办方等单位经济、名誉方面损失,主办方、承办方、协办方等有权要求相应参赛者赔偿,赔偿范围包括但不限于经济损失、名誉损失、诉讼费、律师费、版权费、鉴定费等费用。
3. 所有参赛作品(除区县组、“揭榜挂帅”类)的知识产权归作者所有。大赛主办单位对大赛的参赛作品享有推介、展示、出版(包括复制、发行)、产业化应用推广、宣传等权利。对获奖作品,大赛主办单位享有进行收藏(高客单价产品另行商议)、组织成果转化和产品交易对接等权利。未经作者授权,任何单位、个人和第三方不得将本次大赛的作品进行再设计、生产、销售、宣传、出版展览及其他形式的推广、宣传等。
4. “揭榜挂帅”类获奖作品,主办方将发放奖金和获奖证书,获奖选手确认接受奖金后,与主办方签署知识产权转让协议,约定作品知识产权归大赛主办单位所有,对应需求企业享有使用权。

1. Entrants must be the designers or rights holders of submitted works, possessing relevant intellectual property rights. Entries must have no unresolved IP disputes (either no prior disputes or all disputes properly settled).
2. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries with active IP disputes. For awarded works later found with IP flaws or disputes: Revocation of awards, honors, and recall of certificates; Recovery of prize money; Compensation claims for economic/reputational losses incurred by organizer, co-organizers, or sponsors (including but not limited to: economic damages, reputational harm, litigation fees, attorney costs, copyright fees, and appraisal expenses).
3. General Entries (excluding County Category and Challenge Prizes): IP ownership remains with the author. The organizer retains rights for promotion, exhibition, publication (reproduction/distribution), commercialization, and publicity. For award-winning works, the organizer may: Archive physical works (high-value products subject to separate negotiation); Facilitate commercialization and trade partnerships. Third-party Restrictions: No entity or individual may redesign, produce, sell, promote, or exhibit entries without the author's authorization.
4. For winning entries in the "Challenge Prizes" category, the organizing committee will distribute bonuses and award certificates. Upon confirmation of acceptance of the award money, the winners will sign an Intellectual Property Transfer Agreement with the organizers, stipulating that the intellectual property rights of the work belong to the competition's hosting entity, while the corresponding enterprise in need enjoys the right to use.
5. For winning entries at the district/county level, the district/county government will distribute bonuses and award certificates. Upon confirmation of acceptance of the award money, the winners will sign an Intellectual Property Transfer Agreement with the district/county government, stipulating that the intellectual property rights of the work belong to the district/county government.
